FAREWELL MESSAGE FROM
THE COMMANDING OFFICER
33 S F. T.S., Carberry,
11th October. 1944
It is with deep regret that I say farewell to all those who have done such a fine job on this Station during my term as C.O.
I would like to say a very hearty “thank you” for the tremendous amount of work put in, and the remarkably fine results that you have produced in so short a time.
The formidable task which I set has been amply and successfully achieved, but without your support and backing, the Station could never have reached its present state of efficiency and high reputation.
Good luck, bon voyage, and may you all at your next Station find the same fraternity and good fellowship that you have found at No. 33 S.F.T.S. I, personally, could ask for nothing better than you have given me.
“Come on the Gardeners.”
J. S. T. FALL,
Group Captain.
